Career Edition
Try this exercise to see the benefits of the Strategy Matrix.
A special Career Edition of the Strategy Matrix has been used by hundreds of college students at both the undergraduate and graduate level. The Strategy Matrix – Career Edition is a full-featured version of the software that is limited to:
- Six Strategic Objectives
- Three Key Characteristics
- Ten Row Items
The Strategy Matrix – Career Edition is available in conjunction with a faculty member who is a Certified Facilitator with a current Strategy Matrix license. There is also a license option available for a full-featured Student Edition with no limitations.

In a new collaboration using assessment information from StrengthsFinder 2.0, Marcus Buckingham’s “StandOut,” and the Strategy Matrix – Career Edition, a group of managers created explorations examining the relationships among these elements and their strategic objectives.
